Lifestyle Recommendations:

Synthetic B vitamins (especially B1) and calcium carbonate supplementation are discouraged. Remove bromine (from commercially prepared baked goods), chlorine, and fluoride (from toothpaste and municipal water supplies) may displace iodine from T4 or T3 exposure should be reduced. Using a Mediterranean diet is recommended.*
