We have a growing clinic called Gowrie Family Chiropractic, located in Gowrie, IA. We are dedicated to helping people regain and maintain control of their health through a holistic approach with the use of Chiropractic Care.

Dr. Bruce Pudenz is a chiropractor in Gowrie, and is dedicated to getting his patients back to a healthy and pain free lifestyle.

Our goal at Gowrie Family Chiropractic is to educate our patients on the benefits of Chiropractic care, especially for children. To enhance your child's ability to function in a greater state of health, we are here to help you and are dedicated to serving children with the utmost care.

Meet Us

Dr. Bruce Pudenz,
D.C.

Dr. Bruce Pudenz is born and raised in Iowa farmland. He received his Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic at the same time finished his Bachelor's degree in Human Science.

Dr. Pudenz started Gowrie Family Chiropractic in June of 2003 to bring big-city care to his local community.

Since 2003 Dr. Pudenz has focused his practice on functional medicine with specialties in Acupuncture, Cryogenic Therapy, Decompression Therapy, Herbal Extracts and Nutrition.

Dr. Bruce has enjoyed working in Integrated Functional Medicine since the start of his practice. He enjoys interacting with patients of all ages but primarily enjoys athletes and adults who want to get healthy! Bringing the best of Eastern herbs and Western nutrition to get his patients the level of care and results they want without the use of drugs or surgery.

While not in his office making a difference in his patient's lives, Dr. Pudenz enjoys spending time with his children, close friends, being outdoors, and traveling.

Jennifer Pudenz, ARNP

Jennifer Pudenz, ARNP joined Community Health Center-Fort Dodge in January 2021. She received her nursing degree from Trinity College of Nursing, Moline, IL in 2000.

Over the years she has worked in a variety of clinic settings including: medical/surgical intensive care, neonatal intensive care and newborn nursery. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College Omaha, NE in 2012 and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

As a nurse practitioner she has worked mainly in family practice setting caring for patients of all ages, as well as urgent care. She has also worked as a massage therapist. She is married and has four children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
