It lets me sleep through the night at least 5 days per week. The other two days I am up only once to urinate. It does its job.

I take 2 tabs a day in the summer and 3 a day in the winter. The reason it varies is because there is more fresh fruit in the summer. I am very satisfied with it as i am quite healthy for a 92 year old woman.

More concerned about ordering when you order it states you qualify for free delivery but then charges you delivery I had to call or mail twice to get it corrected why can't u not simply charge for delivery if your order qualifies for free delivery this is stupid.
