Just started using, no opinion yet. My last purchase somehow was run through PayPal, which didn't make me happy. I don't want to use PayPal and feel deceived finding that I had inadvertently paid via PayPal.

I take 2 tabs a day in the summer and 3 a day in the winter. The reason it varies is because there is more fresh fruit in the summer. I am very satisfied with it as i am quite healthy for a 92 year old woman.
